If you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to refund/exchange within 28 days of the date of purchase. Please get in contact with us via our contact page and we will advise you though the steps.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will of course cover the cost of postage if the return is due to our error in all other cases the cost of postage will not be covered by us, and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 10-15 days for processing.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using traceable shipping methods as we are not responsible for lost items.
